About Transitions Bali

Transitions Bali is a boutique sober living and recovery programme in the beachside community of Seminyak. Designed for men and women moving forward from addiction, it offers a structured bridge between intensive treatment and greater independence. Its small occupancy supports a personal, community-oriented experience where clients can practise sober routines with guidance and accountability. The programme combines evidence-based care with the Minnesota Model, Twelve-Step principles and holistic therapies. Individual counselling, group therapy, family support and relapse-prevention work help clients understand triggers, strengthen coping skills and address co-occurring concerns. Yoga, meditation, massage, fitness and practical life-skills sessions complement the therapeutic schedule. Transitions Bali views recovery as a process of mental, physical and spiritual change rather than abstinence alone. Clients are encouraged to build healthy relationships, assume responsibility for daily life and develop a sustainable plan for living without alcohol or drugs. Local AA, NA and alternative fellowship meetings also provide opportunities to connect with Bali's established recovery community. Private rooms, tropical gardens, a swimming pool and relaxed outdoor spaces create a comfortable setting for continued healing. Seminyak's beaches, wellness culture and access to nature provide a restorative backdrop, while organised sightseeing and adventure outings help clients rediscover enjoyment, confidence and connection in sobriety.
