Thera Bespoke is a private luxury rehabilitation and mental health retreat in Keliki, near Ubud’s rice terraces and tropical countryside. Created for guests who value exceptional discretion, it follows a one-guest-at-a-time model: the villa, treatment schedule and multidisciplinary team are dedicated to one individual and, where appropriate, their family. Care is shaped around the facility’s Zero Protocol™, a personalised framework developed to address addiction, compulsive behaviours, trauma and emotional health concerns. Programmes combine evidence-based approaches—including cognitive behavioural therapy, dialectical behaviour therapy, motivational interviewing and relapse prevention—with trauma-informed care, psychoeducation and individual counselling. Eastern and complementary modalities such as acupuncture, yoga, meditation, Ayurveda and traditional Balinese healing may also be incorporated according to the guest’s needs. Residential guests stay in a secluded private villa with a pool, dedicated hospitality support, chef-prepared food, a chauffeur and concierge services. Treatment can be adapted for executives, professionals, couples and high-profile families, with privacy protocols and flexible scheduling designed to reduce disruption to essential responsibilities. Bali’s landscape forms an active part of the experience. Movement, fitness, creative therapies and restorative bodywork can be balanced with rice-field walks, waterfalls, surfing, cultural excursions and other outdoor activities.
