About Sapphire Recovery
Sapphire Recovery is a boutique residential rehabilitation centre on Queensland’s Gold Coast, providing private treatment for substance use, behavioural addictions and co-occurring mental health concerns. With accommodation for only two to five guests, the programme is designed to feel personal, discreet and supportive rather than institutional. Treatment combines evidence-based methods—including cognitive behavioural therapy, dialectical behaviour therapy, psychoeducation and relapse prevention—with holistic practices such as mindfulness, meditation and yoga. Individual counselling, group work and family involvement help guests explore underlying emotional concerns while developing practical strategies for everyday recovery. The residence offers a calm, home-like environment with private rooms, outdoor areas and chef-prepared meals. Structured therapeutic days are balanced with opportunities for movement, massage, films and restorative time, while hiking and horseback riding provide ways to reconnect with nature beyond the property. A typical residential programme lasts 28 days, although the admissions team may recommend a different duration following assessment. Personalised aftercare planning, online follow-up sessions and family support are available to help guests carry their progress into life after residential treatment.
