About RRR Rehab & Recovery

RRR Rehab & Recovery offers a structured 28-day addiction recovery retreat at Rai Ruen Rom Organic Farm in Chiang Rai, northern Thailand. Designed for adult men and women seeking freedom from alcohol or drug addiction, the programme combines Twelve-Step principles with peer support, mindfulness and the restorative rhythm of rural life. The facility describes itself as a non-clinical retreat rather than a medical treatment centre. Each day follows an organised recovery schedule that may include meditation, Alcoholics Anonymous Big Book study, Living Sober discussions, lectures, community meetings and practical worksheets covering Steps One through Eight. In-house and community AA meetings help guests begin building fellowship, while regular reflection encourages greater awareness of cravings, triggers, relationships and personal responsibility. The retreat takes place on a peaceful 1,500-acre organic farm, giving guests abundant space to step away from everyday pressures and focus on recovery. Organic farm-to-table meals complement wholesome activities such as gardening, cooking, cycling, swimming and spending time in nature. Accommodation may include private rooms or shared glamping-style lodging, depending on availability. RRR is intended for adults who recognise their addiction, are motivated to participate and are in sufficiently stable physical and mental health for a non-medical programme. It does not provide onsite detoxification, direct clinical assessment or a conventional residential rehabilitation service. Prospective guests who may need withdrawal management, psychiatric care or intensive clinical support should discuss their needs with the admissions team and an appropriate healthcare professional before travelling.

“From the moment I arrived at Siam Rehab, I knew I was in the right place. The counsellors are fantastic—well-educated, deeply experienced, and genuinely caring. They’ve created a truly relaxing, calming environment that makes healing feel possible. The owners are wonderful, always friendly and present. The community here is special, everyone supports each other’s recovery. The food is outstanding—three generous meals a day, and as a former executive chef of twenty years, I can honestly say I’ve enjoyed every single one. Don’t be fooled by the exterior. What might look simple on the outside is actually perfect for recovery. Eating outdoors, feeling the rain, embracing the peace and quiet—it all brings you back to what really matters: human connection and sobriety. No TVs in the rooms just reminds you to be present with people. This is, by far, the best rehab experience I’ve ever had—and sadly, this is my second time. If you’re serious about getting sober, Siam is a blessing. Highly, highly recommend.”

This review has been a long time coming I’m writing this now being just over 20 months clean and sober, After 4 months of treatment at Siam I’m so happy that my family and I came to the decision to choose Siam Rehab, it has been the best decision we’ve ever made, I was a polly user of almost every substance and prescription for over 15 years. When I first arrived at Siam I was far away from the person I’ve grown into today, the team were kind, welcoming and very understanding, the facility is a beautiful resort with so much room I never felt isolated or locked down the tranquil location offered such a peaceful environment it would be hard to no do well here, I found the community-based holistic approach to Recovery to fit perfectly with what I needed from a facility as this wasn’t my first time in treatment for my problems, the whole team at Siam have created a program that’s good but a program that has worked wonders for me I had all the support I needed to do well not only in groups and therapy, but physically too, a top notch gym with every bit of equipment being great but having personal training and Muay Thai boxing 3 times a week I was able to not only do the work that was needed on my mind and soul but I gained the healthy body to bring everything together The owner Mint always went above and beyond, guiding and discussing the future plans with me through my treatment process, even allowing my parents to come visit and to further discuss my treatment plan witch with all being more than happy we extended my treatment to 4 months and it was the best decision My councillor Sean challenged me in all the right ways helping me to not only see but also understand what it was that I needed to work on exactly, the rest of the support team were always there to help, be an ear and support me throughout the whole journey, with also guiding me to making the right decision for further treatment at a sober house after leaving, Siam guided me, taught me, helped me, changed me so much so I’m still clean to this day living a life I never thought I’d be living, Ive even made it Back to Siam to Visit not as a client but to share my story and give hope and show what they do here actually works and helps

Never thought I would have a bittersweet feeling leaving rehab. The people that I met here and staff were truly what set it apart. Actually tearing up writing this. The site itself is like a resort, nice facilities and they take care of a lot of the daily necessities so you can focus on recovery. Daily workouts from Yoga to Muay Thai and even sound healing and breath work. The owners are quite kind and but are also like the strict Mom that gives you the discipline you deserve. I personally spent 4 weeks at Siam but many of my friends had been here anywhere from 9 months to 90 days. The length of stay is up to you but no matter the time it is worth it! Having suicidal thoughts paired with drinking only lead me down a dark, dark road. This place made me see the light again in life, and I will forever be grateful for that. While Thailand is known as the land of smiles, the local staff here were so kind and loving it really made the time pass easier. The team of counselors really know what they’re talking about, because they have lived it first hand themselves. There is no judgement, just support and a road map for success. My counselor Sean taught me many things that I didn’t not learn from dozens of previous therapists. If you’re reading this, just message them on WhatsApp and get started on your journey towards recovery. You won’t regret it.

My stay in Siam Rehab was nothing short of amazing. Firstly, when I arrived, I was warmly greeted by Mint who was incredibly welcoming and caring, this set a great tone for the rest of my stay. The facilities are great and they offer so many extra activities that help you feel better both physically and mentally. The surrounding nature adds a lot of peacefulness and tranquility. The care from the counselors and staff was excellent and I left with a great confidence in my sobriety. What stands out to me is the aftercare I receive as well. At any time, if I have any doubts or worries, I can easily contact Siam and they are always happy to respond and continue helping me in my journey, even months after I’ve completed my stay. I truly recommend Siam as it has changed me for the better. Thank you to Mint, Wade and all the staffs, you believed in me and helped me become who I am today.
