After spending almost a decade trapped in active addiction, I can honestly say that Arrow Health helped me completely change the direction of my life. I completed the 90-day residential program followed by 4 months in the day program, and the support didn’t stop when treatment ended. The therapeutic community model was one of the most powerful aspects of my recovery journey. Being surrounded by peers who genuinely understood what I was going through created an environment of accountability, connection, and hope that I had never experienced before. The program challenged me to look at myself honestly, develop healthy coping strategies, and build a solid foundation for recovery. Just as importantly, it gave me the opportunity to form genuine, long-lasting friendships with people who continue to be part of my support network today. What stands out most about Arrow is the ongoing support available long after completing treatment. Recovery doesn’t end when you walk out the door, and Arrow understands that. The continued connection, encouragement, and community have played a significant role in helping me rebuild my life. 18 months later, I remain clean, connected, and actively engaged in my recovery. For that, I will always be grateful to the staff, peers, and community at Arrow Health. If you’re willing to do the work and embrace the process, this program can be truly life-changing.

I referred a my best mate to Arrow Health as we didn’t know what to do, just that he needed rehab ASAP. It was a really difficult time for me and his mates and dealing with addiction is not something we knew anything about. The family program gave us real education and understanding about addiction, along with practical tools to help in a good way. rehabilitation is a hard road but Arrow helps get him started. and they helped his friends understand how to be part of it. I’m very grateful and highly recommend them to anyone dealing with addiction, directly or indirectly.

I referred a close friend to Arrow Health for addiction rehab, and the experience genuinely changed his life. The detox phase in the hospital was handled with total professionalism which we all were worried how it would be received by him. he said the staff made him feel at home and in an environment which allowed him to focus fully on his recovery. I was really impressed with the quality the program. It made such a positive impact that he chose to extend his stay and completed a full 60 days.
